Scott Forster

Scott Forster is a founder and principal with Advisor Commercial Realty LLC. His practice focuses on brokerage, consulting, development and investment. He has enjoyed working in the commercial real estate industry in Denver for over 30 years. Early in that career he became a follower of Jesus Christ with the help of a client who shared the Gospel in their first business meeting, and then spent a year helping him grow in faith. A few years later God led Scott to join CBMC (Christian Business Men’s Connection) so he could become an effective marketplace ambassador for the Kingdom of God, pointing others to Jesus, and helping to provide them with a strong spiritual foundation. He is currently the Denver area facilitator for CBMC’s Marketplace Ambassador Initiative. Previously he spent twelve years with Integrated Properties, six years with Grubb & Ellis and three years at Heliconian.

Scott and Joni have been married for 25 years, and have a son, Ben, and daughter, Jamie, who are both attending college. He’s an avid outdoorsman, who especially enjoys the mountains and the ocean. He was a professional full time SCUBA instructor for 5 years, and a Boy Scout leader for 10 years.  He holds a BS degree in biology and chemistry from Iowa State University.
