Michelle helps leaders improve the bottom-line through high-performance coaching, team efficiencies, strategic thinking, and service excellence. With over 25 years of experience and a proven framework, Michelle leverages her expertise in project management, technology management, and franchise management. Most of her clients are navigating the fast-paced complexities of STEM industries. Michelle’s thought leadership reveals “opportunities” across all levels of the organization. Her work generates analysis and insights based on quantitative data yielding fact-based recommendations.
Michelle also hosts global business masterminds for REALLY BUSY Christians in leadership. Each mini-mastermind of men and women meets weekly using a tight, 55-minute agenda focused on challenging conversation. Members are inspired to lead with powerful confidence and a Christ-like humility while sharing expertise and ideas along with praise, prayer, and goals.

Michelle’s positive attitude and humor, along with her commitment to results-based efforts and ‘nowhere to hide’ success, empowers leaders and their teams to move toward optimal goals, more quickly. She is a native to Colorado and enjoys hiking fourteeners and windsurfing. She loves discussing business strategy with her husband of 22 years and has an insatiable curiosity for ‘how things work’. Michelle also enjoys coding computer solutions and laughing with friends over a gourmet meal.
