2020 Conference Speakers

We are also honored to have Lance and Tammie Wieland as Colorado Keynote Speakers to share how God has been “with them” in building successful companies during several recessions. Johnstone Supply, founded in 1961, is an HVAC supply house owned by Lance and his sister Carla. The organization converted to a National Cooperative of Independent HVAC/R Wholesalers in 1982 and has grown to 120 members owning more than 400 stores in North America. Lance spent 30 years alongside his wife Tammie growing their business into one of the top HVAC suppliers in the nation. 

They also founded Nashville-based WieRok Entertainment, a ministry-minded organization that Lance and his wife Tammie started in 2014 out of their passion to support Christian creatives. A few of their most notable projects include P&A Support for the Christian film “Priceless” and artist management for the Curb/Work Artist, Steven Malcom a Christian hip hop rapper and performer. In 2015 Lance and his childhood friend, Rob Semroska founded ProSec Integration, a growing electronic security and integrations company managed by Rob. They have expansion plans starting with Colorado Springs in 2021 where Lance & Tammie’s son-In-Law, Paul Guillan, will lead the charge.

Lance and Tammie have served with numerous boards for Christian and secular organizations as well.
